Forever Floating Necklace handmade by me with stainless steel (silver) or gold plated stainless steel. I’ve used the most dainty chain ever, which makes it look as though your necklace is floating ✨ pick your own pretty Swarovski Crystal

• Approx. 12d inches with a 3 inch chain extender so can be adjusted upto 15 inches - this means it can be worn as both a choker and also worn just above the collar - for custom lengths please message via the pink chat box below

SHIPPING & RETURNS

I know how exciting it is when you've ordered new jewels and want them to arrive asap that's why orders are sent out next day Monday to Thursday if ordered before 4pm (excluding Bank Holidays)

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. International orders are only sent via tracked and signed to avoid orders being lost or delayed.

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. The next email you will receive is your dispatch email with your tracking number (if you have selected tracked shipping)

Returns

✧ you have 14 days to return your order only if they arrive unworn and in their original packaging and 5 days to return your order from the date you informed us of your return

✧ if a charm necklace or bracelet order is returned, all charms must also be returned

✧ if your order was returned due to not paying custom fees or wrong address information, you will be refunded minus the shipping fees

✦ exemptions apply:

- no returns on custom orders - custom pearl necklaces & bracelets
- no returns on earrings due to hygiene and safety
- personalised items can not be refunded
- shipping fees are not refunded
- no refunds on gift packaging

How to return:

✧ as soon as your package has arrived, you will receive an email confirming your refund is on the way - this can take up to 5 working days depending on your bank

Warranty

If you have any issues with your jewellery please message via the chatbox below or email within 14 days of placing your order. I strive to maintain my 5 star review streak and nothing means more to me than you being happy with your experience from SHOPFAIRY.

You have 60 day warranty from the day of purchase - this gives you peace of mind that if issues arise you will be covered. Warranty does not cover:

✧ improper handling
✧ lack of care of jewellery
✧ lost or stolen jewellery

ALL jewellery is made to last, will NOT turn your skin green!

JEWELLERY PACKAGING

Packaging is super important and is part of the experience when you get to open a pretty package. I pack most orders on TikTok, if you'd like to see your order packaged on there leave a message on the cart notes section before checkout :)

These necklaces are stunning!!

These necklaces are stunning!! Great quality, really pretty and dainty and hard wearing! I’ve had the mermaid crystal necklace for over a year and worn it probably on average twice a week and it doesn’t look much different from the brand new ruby crystal necklace I just bought. These necklaces are great value for money and look even prettier in person than the beautiful photos you see on this website. Of the two that I’ve bought and other pieces from this shop, I’d say that the colours of the crystals are quite accurate but obviously the tones shift a little depending on what lighting you’re in.The waterproof claim also holds up. I don’t swim or shower with jewellery on but have washed my ShopFairy pieces in the sink with hand soap occasionally. I also dropped my forever floating necklace down the drain and it got stuck and didn’t break while I was trying to untangle it, despite how thin and dainty it looks which is another bonus!
