I know how exciting it is when you've ordered new jewels and want them to arrive asap that's why orders are sent out next day Monday to Thursday if ordered before 4pm (excluding Bank Holidays) 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. 

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. The next email you will receive is your dispatch email with your tracking number

arrives within 1-2 days from being dispatched. FREE for orders over £40

Tracked 24
arrives within 1-2 days from being dispatched and you will receive a tracking number

SHOPFAIRY is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs that may be applied in your country. If you decide you would not like to pay the custom charges you may receive, once the order arrives back to me, I will issue a refund minus the shipping costs.

Returns

✧ you have 14 days to return your order only if they arrive unworn and in their original packaging and 5 days to return your order from the date you informed us of your return

✧ if a charm necklace or bracelet order is returned, all charms must also be returned

✧ orders must be returned in original packaging, including any free stickers or gifts given 

✧ if your order was returned due to not paying custom fees or wrong address details, you will be refunded minus the shipping fees

✧ send all orders unworn 

✦  exemptions apply:

- no returns on personalised orders and custom orders; custom pearl necklaces & bracelets 
- no returns on earrings due to hygiene and safety
- shipping fees are not refunded; if you qualified for free shipping and wish to return your order, £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping & postage 
- no refunds on gift packaging
- no refunds on lost or misplaced jewellery by yourself

 

How to return:

✧ please email us at sales@shopfairy.co.uk with your order number

✧ please send items tracked to ensure your order arrives back to us safely

✧ customer is responsible for return costs (unless an item is faulty, then SHOPFAIRY will send you a returns lable)

✧ you will receive an email confirming your refund is on the way - this can take up to 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. Please only contact us if this date has passed

I quality check all of our jewellery before being sent out but if on the rare occasion as item arrives defective, please email me at sales@shopfairy.co.uk so I can rectify the issue efficiently and promptly! Nothing means more than you being happy with your experience!
