I know how exciting it is when you've ordered new jewels and want them to arrive asap that's why orders are sent out next day Monday to Thursday if ordered before 12pm (excluding Bank Holidays) 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. International orders are only sent via tracked and signed to avoid orders being lost or delayed. 

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. The next email you will receive is your dispatch email with your tracking number (if you have selected tracked shipping)

Returns

✧ you have 14 days to return your order only if they arrive unworn and in their original packaging and 5 days to return your order from the date you informed us of your return

✧ if your order was returned due to not paying custom fees or wrong address information, you will bet refunded minus the shipping fees

- no returns on earrings due to hygiene and safety
- personalised items can not be refunded
- shipping fees are not refunded
- no refunds on gift packaging

✧ as soon as your package has arrived, you will receive an email confdirumg your refund is on the way - this can take unto 5 working days depending on your bank

I quality check all of our jewellery before being sent out but if on the rare occasion as item arrives defective, please email me at sales@shopfairy.co.uk so I can rectify the issue efficiently and promptly
