I know how exciting it is when you've ordered new jewels and want them to arrive asap that's why orders are sent out next day Monday to Friday if ordered before 12pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. International orders are only sent via tracked and signed to avoid orders being lost or delayed.
Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. The next email you will receive is your dispatch email with your tracking number (if you have selected tracked shipping)

SHOPFAIRY is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs that may be applied in your country. If you decide you would not like to pay the custom charges you may receive, once the order arrives back to me, I will issue a refund minus the shipping costs.
Returns
As each of my pieces are handmade to order, returns are not accepted. I quality check all of pieces before packaging them however in the rare occurance that your item arrives faulty, please do contact me so I can rectify the issue as soon as possible and within 14 days of your order being dispatched. I want all of my customers to be happy with their pieces & your satisfaction means everything to me! So no matter what the issue, please don’t hesitate to contact me so I can fix any issues :) I promise you I will ensure your happy with your whole shopping experience with me!
Please send all returns tracked, I’ll cover postage costs if a mistake is made on my part! Once I receive the item I’ll refund you (if I’m at fault), just show me your postage receipt 🤍 if not then returns are covered by the buyer and postage costs will be deducted from your order.

Jewellery made with gold plated steel is super durable and tarnish resistant. SHOPFAIRY jewellery is waterproof and lasts longer than any high street store jewellery, here are some ways to keep your gold sparkling for years:
✦ keep away from harsh and strong chemicals - perfumes, creams, household cleaning products
✦ your gold jewellery can be worn in water and A LOT of customers never take their gold pieces off and they are still perfect! However the longer its worn in water the less sparkling and shiny it'll be so keep away from water where you can and especially harsh chlorine
✦ store your gold jewellery with similar metals and keep in either your jewellery pouch or your jewellery box
Warranty
If you have any issues with your jewellery please message via the chatbox below or email within 14 days of placing your order. I strive to maintain my 5 star review streak and nothing means more to me than you being happy with your experience from SHOPFAIRY.
You have one year warranty from the day of purchase - this gives you peace of mind that if issues arise you will be covered. Warranty does not cover:

✧ improper handling of delicate jewellery
✧ lost or stolen jewellery
